By registering for or using GAN Digital Solutions, you agree to these terms. Please read the plan details and payment instructions before submitting payment.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Business managers are responsible for assigning staff access appropriately.

Plans, payments, and fees

The price shown for your selected plan is the advertised price for that plan. We aim to keep pricing transparent: there are no hidden fees for items expressly included in your selected plan. Optional add-ons, third-party services, domain availability, and any exclusions shown during sign-up may have separate charges, which should be disclosed before you agree to them.

Maintenance

Six months of free maintenance is included with the advertised six-month and twelve-month plans, subject to the stated plan inclusions and fair-use/support scope. Maintenance does not automatically include custom development, paid third-party services, domain renewals, or work outside the agreed package unless stated in writing.

Payment verification and activation

Submitting proof of payment does not itself confirm payment or activate manager access. We review payment details and may request clarification. Account access is updated after payment confirmation by an authorized administrator.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service at all times.
